BBQ Bacon Chicken Pizza Recipe

A mouthwatering pizza with BBQ sauce, grilled chicken, crispy bacon, red onions, and cheese.

  • Pizza dough
  • BBQ sauce
  • Cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced
  • Bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • Red onion, thinly sliced
  • Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • Olive oil
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Salt and pepper

Cooking Instructions:

    1. Preheat the oven to the recommended temperature for your pizza dough.
    2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
    3. Transfer the dough to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
    4. Spread a layer of BBQ sauce evenly over the dough.
    5. Sprinkle shredded cooked chicken breast, crumbled bacon, and sliced red onions over the sauce.
    6. Scatter mozzarella cheese on top of the toppings.
    7. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
    8. Bake in the preheated oven according to the pizza dough instructions or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and slightly browned.
    9. Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh chopped cilantro before slicing and serving.
