Creamy & Fluffy Scrambled Eggs – Easy Recipe

Scrambled eggs are a classic breakfast food that is loved by many for their simplicity and deliciousness. The creamy, fluffy texture of the eggs, combined with a hint of salt and pepper, make it a comforting and satisfying dish.

  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons of butter or oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

  • Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them together with a fork.
  • Add salt and pepper to the eggs and continue to whisk until well combined.
  • Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and add the butter or oil.
  • Once the butter is melted or the oil is hot, add the whisked eggs to the pan.
  • Use a spatula to gently stir the eggs in the pan, scraping the bottom and edges to ensure that they cook evenly.
  • Continue to stir and cook the eggs until they are set but still slightly runny, about 3-4 minutes.
  • Remove the pan from the heat and transfer the eggs to a plate.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!

    • Be sure not to overcook the eggs, as this can make them dry and rubbery.
