Creamy & Sweet Ice cream – Easy Recipe

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt

Cooking Instructions:

  • In a large bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until the sugar is fully dissolved.
  • Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
  • Once the ice cream is thick and creamy, transfer it to a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 2 hours, or until it reaches your desired consistency.
  • Serve the ice cream on its own, with toppings, or as a base for
    other desserts.

Relevant Notes & Tips:

  • Make sure to chill the mixture before pouring it into the ice cream maker to ensure it churns properly.
  • Experiment with different flavorings and mix-ins to create your own unique ice cream flavors.
  • If you don’t have an ice cream maker, you can still make ice cream by pouring the mixture into a freezer-safe container and stirring every 30 minutes until it reaches your desired consistency.
