Relevant Notes & Tips:

Use good quality bread and cheese for the best flavor. A crusty sourdough bread or a whole wheat bread will add some texture and flavor to your sandwich.

Use room temperature cheese. It will melt more evenly and create a creamier texture.

Don’t use too much butter or margarine. Just a thin layer on each slice of bread is enough to create a crispy crust.

Cook the sandwich over medium heat. This will allow the bread to get crispy and the cheese to melt without burning the bread.

Use a spatula to press down on the sandwich while cooking. This will help the cheese melt evenly and make the sandwich more compact.

Let the sandwich cool for a minute before cutting it. This will allow the cheese to set and make it easier to cut without the cheese oozing out.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
