A juicy burger topped with sautéed mushrooms and melted Swiss cheese.

Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 4 hamburger buns
- Swiss cheese slices
- Sliced mushrooms
- Onion, thinly sliced
- Garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Worcestershire sauce
- Olive oil
Cooking Instructions:
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced mushrooms and onion and sauté until tender.
- Season the ground beef with salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Form into patties.
- Cook the patties on a grill or stovetop for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until desired doneness.
- During the last minute of cooking, place a cheese slice on each patty to melt.
- Toast the hamburger buns.
- Assemble the burgers by placing the cooked patty on the bottom bun and topping with sautéed mushrooms. Cover with the top bun.
