  • 1 teaspoon honey

  • Salt and black pepper to taste

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 1/2 cup sour cream

  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest

  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
