  • Pizza dough
  • Olive oil
  • Fresh spinach leaves
  • Feta cheese, crumbled
  • Garlic cloves, minced
  • Red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt and pepper

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to the recommended temperature for your pizza dough.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Transfer the dough to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  4. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, and red pepper flakes (if using). Let it sit for a few minutes to infuse the oil.
  5. Brush the garlic-infused oil over the pizza dough, covering the entire surface.
  6. Layer fresh spinach leaves evenly over the oil.
  7. Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese on top of the spinach.
  8. Season with salt and pepper.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven according to the pizza dough instructions or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and slightly browned.
  10. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
