Ingredients

  • 2 cans of tuna, drained and flaked

  • 2 ripe avocados, diced

  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped

  • 1/4 cup cucumber, diced

  • 1/4 cup bell pepper, finely chopped

  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped

  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 8 large lettuce leaves

Instructions

Mix tuna, avocado, onion, cucumber, bell pepper, cilantro.

Whisk lime juice and mayo for dressing.
