  • For the Wraps:

  • Whole wheat or spinach tortillas

  • Hummus

  • Sliced tomatoes

  • Fresh lettuce leaves

  • Tahini Sauce:

  • 1/2 cup tahini

  • 1/4 cup water

  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • Salt, to taste


Prepare falafel mixture.
Chill for 1-2 hours.
